In the event of bad weather on the day and you no longer want the Bouncy Castle, you can cancel the order by calling one off our friendly staff members by 08:30. As we do not operate on a deposit basis you won't have to pay a penny.

Bouncy Occasions is proud to offer free local delivery/collection and set up with every order placed. All castles come with ground sheets and crash mats.

You can be assured that we are fully insured (public liability insurance) with one of the major insurance retailers.  All insurance and Health & Saftey certificates can be viewed when your castle is delivered.

Bouncy Occasions value every one of our customers, as a result we are pleased to offer a 10% discount if you order one or more of our castles on a second occasion. When you place your second order simply quote your name and date of first order. You can then enjoy the benefits of a cheaper day full of fun!

Our Bouncy Castles can be operated with the use of a fan generator. If you require this facility there will be an added cost of £25.00, this includes a full tank of petol.
